App works very good. I had some issues with blocking dates out. Sent them a message and was able to get on a call within 15 minutes. Turned out we had an old Calendly from years ago that was connected instead of our current one. Excellent service. Thanks again.

The customer service and the app's performance has been nothing short of amazing. I had an issue with my theme and they fixed the issue right away. The app is a little bit complicated but they make up for that with their customer support. They answer and fix any complications right away. For a free app, it's great! Would love to have an option to show a full calendar of all my appointments using this app also because I need to use a different app for that. Otherwise it has been great for booking classes with different times on my website.

wow. the customer service is phenomenal. i'm just getting started on shopify, and getting used to the app situation has been interesting. it's not the best feeling to start investing time into installing and learning a new app to get halfway through the setup process and have to wait for hours or days to hear back from the app's customer support team. Tarang with Appointo answered in seconds worked insanely efficiently, doing everything related to custom code edits for me. Appointo is apparently super customizable unlike some of the other booking apps we've tried and it makes a MASSIVE difference to have fast helpful customer support in the chat messaging feature. our calendar has now been fully cusomized to meet our branding needs and we're ready to publish our appointment based product listings. all in about 15 minutes. phenomenal. highly recommend.

Amazing app and support service. Highly recommend. I was trying to find an app that can connect with a subscription app that I have and not only did it work but offers so many great features. This is a great app with tons of functionality. If ever you need support's help, they're super fast and helpful, even though it's by email. I needed a button colour changed and couldn't do it myself, but they did it within half an hour. Great app, highly recommend!
