We needed an appointment booking app that allows our clients to book an appointment slot in our shop for fittings. We love the variables of this app for the following reasons: - offer free appointment bookings to our clients that in our case are not linked to a paid service like classes, workshops, consultancy, etc. You can of course also offer paid service bookings with this app. - clients can easily change or cancel the appointment - clients receive an automatic reminder (e-mail, phone) - linked to POS - ability to change the number of appointments that can be made within the same time slot (for us important depending on how many persons are available in the shop)

This is by far the best appointment and booking app. It makes my complex rental bookings, subscriptions, and one-time purchases a breeze. Karan from CS is awesome. He has been in service with me patiently from the time I installed the app and through every setup. I tried many booking apps before this and emailed ALL apps about my requirements, and Appointo was the FIRST to reply and help me out and understand the app. Don't look any further, This is the BEST booking app. Take your time to have a call with them and they can assist you tremendously. Kudos to the CS team. Love it!

After an odyssey of working with different rather frustrating apps we tried and went with SidePanda. They were the only guys to provide us with a solution for our problem and developed a custom feature for our store. Very responsive and reliable team - hands down the best customer support I've experienced so far. I also consider the App much more intuitiv than any of the other's we've tried. As a developer myself I have to applaud them for their professional work as far as from the technical side, the UI of the app, as well as customer care.

I was having some issues navigating the app. The response I received was prompt. We communicated via email and when I was advised to do something I didn't understand, I asked for a call and within 3 minutes my phone was ringing. OMG! I think that I have found the one! I have been through a few different booking apps and haven't been satisfied. I came across this app on another site and clicked the link and I am glad I did! I has the features that I have been looking for and more. When I had issues at 1am EST someone was there to help me on the chat. Then when I had another issue Tarang promptly jumped on a video call to help all me through the problem. I am still setting up the system but so far so good!

Amazing app, this is literally all you need to get your bookings done online! In case you don’t see a particular feature, costumer service is sure to get it done for you, By the way, costumer service is one of the best I’ve had from any shopify app ever! They meet with you and walk with you through any of your requirements, not just emails, and they’re fast to answer those as well! Install install, just ignore the other booking apps here

I just signed up for this appointment application late last evening. It was pretty easy for me to set up, except that I am only scheduling 3 days in December, so I got messed up with how to actually do that. I made an appointment today for 1:00-1:15pm (which ran over to about 1:25 since I wanted to make sure I understood how to set it up properly). The team member was very kind, patient, and helpful. So, I am happy to say that my 3 days of appointments are set up perfectly. Also, it was so easy to then forward it to my Facebook Page too. Thank you Appointo, Loving this app!! Great features, only minor issues and just awesome support. Speaking of the support, they are awesome. They fix issues fast, are responsive to feature request and helpful when in a pinch. You can create mail & text-journeys for your customers in the app and even rather complex product setups. All in all: Great!

We have run into many unexpected issues with the app but the staff are quick to respond and have helped us solve every issue we have encountered.
